Booking Etiquette

    • 1 pole = 1 person

    • Doing doubles? Each person should have a booking

    • Onlookers are discouraged to help maintain a focused and comfortable space for all users

    • Planning to teach or host a private session? Please book the whole studio

    • Whole studio bookings are for up to 4 pax — additional add-ons are available if you’re bringing more friends

    • Looking to use the space for photoshoots or events? A whole studio booking is required with appropriate add-ons

    • Have a read on our Pole Practice for more information before booking

    • You’ll receive your studio access code via email 12 hours before your booking.

    • Please ensure you enter a valid and accessible email address at the time of booking so you don’t miss it ✨

    • Your access code is unique to your booking—please don’t share it, and use it only within your booked time slot.

    • Arrive on time and wrap up within your booking so everyone gets their full, uninterrupted practice 💛

    • Overstaying beyond 10 minutes will be counted as a 30-minute extension and charged accordingly.

  • Need a little more time on the pole? We get it 💛

    • If you’d like to extend your session, please check in with us first (subject to availability)

    • If the studio is free and you continue using the pole, just drop us a message after and PayNow the extension accordingly

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy for Pole Practice Bookings

    • Please note that you are allowed to reschedule your booking more than 24 hours before your scheduled session.

    • If you need to cancel your booking, we will provide you with the studio credits equal in value and booking type (e.g. single pole or whole studio bookings) which you can redeem for your future bookings. The number of times the studio credits can be used will be proportional to the number of bookings cancelled. Please email us upon the cancellation of your session for the studio credits.

    • An admin fee of $5 will be charged for any rescheduling less than 24 hours before your scheduled session.

    • No refunds will be given to cancellations of your scheduled session less than 24 hours before your scheduled session.

  • To keep our space safe, respectful, and fair for everyone, we carry out occasional checks and review feedback.

  • If anything doesn’t quite align with our studio guidelines, we may reach out with a friendly check-in—just to keep things running smoothly for all 💛
