    Introductory Classes available include:

    • Intro to Pole Dance [Available for Beginner's Bundle]

      • Groove to catchy tunes while busting pole dancing moves focusing on basic spins and transitions. This class is designed to improve your body movements and confidence, building strength, flexiblity while exploring this dynamic and empowering form of fitness.

    • Intro to Pole Techniques [Available for Beginner's Bundle]

      • This class is designed for the tricksters wannabe - A beginner friendly class focused on mastering fundamental pole moves, including learning different kinds of grips, spins, and basic climbs. Ideal for those new to pole fitness and wants to fully focus on techniques only.

    • Intro to Flex 'n' Stretch [Available for Beginner's Bundle]

      • A beginner class designed to enhance flexibility and mobility through guided and mindful stretching exercises. You will learn techniques to improve your range of motion and increase overall body awareness. Our classes are designed to achieve small milestones towards an ultimate pose you can set as your personal goal.

    • Intro to Aerial Pole

      • A beginner class that combines pole dancing with aerial arts. You will learn basic climbs, spins and poses, building strength and flexibility in an intimate and supportive environment. Prerequisites: You are encouraged to have minimally completed a Beginner Pole Dance or Beginner Pole Techniques course.
